This service, consisting in the construction project management, involves a comprehensive management of a construction investment during its entire period. We have numerous, experienced staff, who will keenly lead the Investor through the next stages of construction investments: from the project initiation, through the plans, designs, and on-going supervision of the progress, to the acquisition of a permit for bringing into use, and settlement of the investment. Our comprehensive project management service includes:
- development of the investment concept and strategy
- acquisition of all necessary permits, agreements and other administrative decisions (environmental decisions, construction licences, permits for bringing into use, etc.)
- participation in the selection of the project team, the general contractor, the sub-contractors, the suppliers (including the organisation of any potential tenders)
- development of schedules and enterprise budgeting plans;
- direct, full project supervision and supervision of works – coordination of the work of supervision inspectors
- correspondence with participants in the enterprise (designers, institutions and contractors)
- participation in the building committees
- in-kind, factual and financial settlements concerning the work – verification of the monthly settlements with the general contractor
- preparation of periodical reports on the investment progress
- cooperation with the bank inspectors monitoring the investment progress
- participation in partial and final investment acceptance, and in the hand-over of the premises to their purchasers – coordination of defects and their removal process
- completion of the investment and its settlement
