We also provide services consisting in the performance of the function of Substitute Investor. Under an agreement concluded with the Investor, we undertake all actions for which the Investor is responsible during the construction process. This service includes:

• development of the building permit design
• acquisition of all necessary decisions and permits
• selection of contractors and conclusion of agreements with them
• organisation of the construction process
• employment of the project manager
• supervision of the works and construction work acceptance
• acquisition of the permit for bringing into use and settlement of the investment
